Our mission is to make a significant and lasting improvement on the emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing of young vulnerable adults across all walks of life. We have been doing this since 2018 and have developed a specialism for young adults with challenging behaviours, mental health issues and learning difficulties.
We offer a tailored service unique to the needs of each service user. We will prescribe a list of support services, recommended support hours and a suitable accommodation type to each service user following an assessment of their needs and based on their individual care plan, personal education plan and pathway plan.
We provide a range of accommodation types that can cater to service users with a wide range of support needs. All our accommodation types have been designed with the comfort and the independence of the service user as a primary objective.
We are driven by the following guiding principals
We ensure that the support we provide is based on the individual needs and challenges of our service users, their individual care plans, and any other unique circumstances they might have.
We operate on the basis that every service user has equal rights and should be treated with dignity and respect. Our daily interactions with our residents are deigned to promote their self-respect and self-esteem.
We approach our service users with empathy and kindness, identifying and respecting their unique needs and circumstances.
We foster independence by tailoring our support to each resident's unique goals, enabling them to lead self-directed lives to the fullest extent possible.
We empower our service users to make choices where they can regarding their daily lives. We focus on providing our residents with the skills and the mindset they need to build confidence in their abilities.
