We aim to make a significant and lasting improvement on the emotional, mental, social and physical wellbeing of young vulnerable adults across all walks of life. We aim to supply high-quality accommodation that provides the young person with stability and a tailored support system that will empower and nurture our service users and that will facilitate their development of the necessary skills and the mindset that they will need to move on to live independent and fulfilling lives.

AIMS

Safety & Stability:

Offer a safe, nurturing, and stable environment for our young people to develop and grow.

Equality & Inclusion:

Treat service users, staff, and other stakeholders with respect irrespective of their ethnic background.

Independence:

Focus on offering life skills training, support, and mentorship to help the young person move on to live independent and fulfilling lives. We will partner with third party organisations to facilitate this objective.

Engaging Activities:

Offer recreational activities, creative outlets, and opportunities for personal growth

Hiqh quality homes:

That the young person can have a sense of pride living in, and that offers a positive environment for the young person to integrate with other housemates, as well as engage with our support staff

OBJECTIVES

Tailored Support:

Offer support based on the young persons’ individual care plan (ICP), their personal education plan (PEP) and their pathway plan.

Best in Class Safeguarding procedures:

All staff will be recruited using the safer recruitment framework and will receive continuous performance reviews, training, and development.

High Quality Workforce:

Focus on offering life skills training, support, and mentorship to help the young person move on to live independent and fulfilling lives. We will partner with third party organisations to facilitate this objective.

Wellness Support:

Provide access to counselling, therapy and support to help improve the physical, social, mental and emotional well-being of our service users

Social value initiatives:

Partner with charities and other third parties to create initiatives that improve on the life chances of our service users as well as offering a lasting social value to our local areas
