What We Specialise in

We offer a tailored service unique to the needs of each service user. We will prescribe a list of support services, recommended support hours and a suitable accommodation type to each service user following an assessment of their needs and based on their individual care plan, personal education plan and pathway plan

Our aim is to create a supportive and nurturing environment, fostering independence and personal development.

The Types of Support Services we can provide includes

Life Skills Training

Training focused on necessary life skills such as budgeting, cooking, personal hygiene cleaning and time management. We would be focusing on developing skills that will improve the service user’s ability to be self-sufficient.

Educational, Vocational, and or Employment

support focused on assisting the service user to pursue further education vocational training, or employment opportunities. We partner with a number of organisations that offer vocational training programs to equip young adults with the skills needed for employment. Additionally, we can help with job searches, resume building, and interview skills.

General Support Services

support with accessing benefits/universal credits, securing private/council accommodation to move on to, arranging health check-ups, GP appointments, hospital visits etc.

Challenging Behaviours

supporting service user’s dealing with different behavioural challenges such as substance abuse, aggression, and self-harm.

Mental Health Support

We have partnered with several organisations that can provide specialist counselling and therapeutic care to help service user’s dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health issues.

Type of accommodation we provide:

ACCOMMODATION TYPES

Shared housing:

we offer rooms under separate tenancy agreements to care leavers. The house is typically four or five bedrooms with each resident having their own room. The common areas such as the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom, and the garden are shared.

Staffed shared housing for 16 to 18 year-olds:

these are shared housing units (typically four or five bedroom houses with shared communal spaces) offered to young people between the ages of 16 and 18 years old. We are currently registering these units with Ofsted. The house will have at least one dedicated staff providing 24/7 support to all residents.

Staffed shared housing for 18+:

these are shared housing units offered to service users over the age of 18 with varying level of support needs. The house will have one dedicated staff providing between 12 hours 24/7 support to all residents.

24/7 Staffed enhanced support shared accommodation:

these are shared housing units offered to service users with a high level of support needs. The house will have at least one dedicated staff providing 24/7 support to all residents. Additionally, we can provide 1:1 or 2:1 packages of care where required.
