At Expedius Care, we understand that every child’s journey is unique. Many of the young people we support have experienced trauma, disrupted attachments, or live with social, emotional, learning, or behavioural difficulties. Our approach combines compassionate care, structure, and professional expertise to help each child feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.
The Support We Provide
Each young person receives personalised support, tailored to their individual needs and abilities. For some, this means dedicated 1:1 care, while others may receive 2:1 support where higher levels of supervision or specialist input are required.
For children with more complex needs, we also offer solo placements, providing a stable, highly structured environment that allows for intensive support, emotional regulation, and therapeutic consistency.

Specialist Partnerships
We work closely with a network of trusted specialist partners who share our values and commitment to excellence. These partnerships enable us to meet a wide range of complex and evolving needs. Our partners include:
- Clinical Psychologists and Therapists providing trauma-informed assessments, emotional wellbeing support, and therapeutic interventions.
- Educational Psychologists and SEND Specialists ensuring that children with learning or cognitive difficulties receive the right educational support.
- Speech and Language Therapists developing communication and social interaction skills.
- Occupational Therapists supporting sensory needs, independence, and emotional regulation.

Through these partnerships, Expedius Care provides a seamless pathway of support — from our children’s homes, to supported living for 16+, transition homes for 18+, and finally to independent living units for those ready to take their next step.
